She co-founded the Leyland Martial Arts Academy which ran for 12 years and was a feature writer for Fighters Martial Arts magazine, advising students on health & fitness. She is author of: The Essential Guide to Learning Martial Arts. She has been involved with film since 2000 in the areas of writing and production. |
